Ukrainian Relief
Dear friends,
It has been a few weeks since our travel team returned from the frontline areas: encouraged, heartbroken, challenged. Thank you for praying and supporting financially this endeavour.
In the pictures you see one of the places we visited about 30 miles from the front line. The place is a former hospital, partially redecorated. There are about 70 people in it, middle aged, elderly, one or two families. All of them are refugees from occupied territories having lived there for more than 3 years now. Even if their house was destroyed, they can’t get anything from the government as a special committee can’t go there to confirm the situation.
We organised some food packages as presents, and shared our eternal hope in Jesus with those people.
Many people took the initiative to come and receive the Bibles we also brought with us. Tears flowed and some women started reading their new Bible beginning with Genesis. It was a short but precious time of sharing the love of Jesus as well as appreciating our own life situations and being thankful to God.
We will send the full review/reflections from the trip soon. If you want to receive it and are not on our mailing list, please let us know, contacting contactus@cepartners.org.uk.
Glory be to God. Many thanks again for your support.
