Let’s help to fight the evil and cold at the Ukrainian frontline
More civilian citizens in Ukraine, especially in the big cities, are feeling what is winter like, in war at the front line, with electricity available for only a few hours a day or not at all for most of the time.
With no/very little electricity, loads of snow and temperatures well down below zero, it becomes difficult, at times impossible, to do basic things like doing laundry, washing hair, cooking etc.
Workers who are repairing energy plants and stations work heroically to provide electricity for the population of Ukraine. Some of them died because of great danger and harsh conditions. Please pray local authorities and all responsible have stamina, strength and wisdom to organise necessary repairs to have the systems operate.
Our CEP Ukrainian relief team has been helping out concentrating its effort at the front line, supplying power stations, generators, other power supply devices, as well as Bibles, food, medicine, hygiene products. All the work is done primarily via our partners and friends: chaplains and ministers.
As winter continues and the energy systems of Ukraine suffer, we are launching an appeal to purchase power supply devices (mostly generators, power stations) to support the work of chaplains, ministers, our brothers, sisters and friends at the front line.
One generator or power station costs approximately GBP 900-1000.
We invite you to help and bring warmth in the cold, light in the darkness and hope & love of Jesus into the world of evil and despair.
Your donations will provide:
- support for those standing against evil at the front line and living there (Donetsk, Zaporizhia area, Izium in Kharkiv area)
- purchase of power stations, generators and other power supply devices; their transportation
- message of love and encouragement for those who feel lonely, afraid, exhausted and deserted at times
If you would like to join, please send your donations to Central Eurasian Partners.
Thank you very much for your support.
P. S. Our travel team will be coming to the UK in March. If you would like to meet them, hear first hand stories & insights for mutual encouragement, please contact m@cleggs.pl, svitlanalightsv@gmail.com
