Zoom Conference

For the second year in a row, the annual CEP conference was held on zoom.

Of course, we missed the physical interaction and informal chat of the in-person weekend, which we hope will be reinstated next October in Poland, but meeting on zoom does enable more people to join and from further afield – we were very impressed by 5 or 6 participants in the US, who got up at 3am to join! Michael and Sam did a great job on the technical front, especially enabling simultaneous translation into Polish and Russian.

We heard from a wide range of our Partners about ministry in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia (and from there, Africa), Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Ukraine, and even the Greek islands among Central Asian refugees. All had experienced challenges and changes during the pandemic, but all could still testify to the Lord at work and many things to be thankful for.

Some needs were made known; for example raising support for the worker among refugees in Greece, sponsoring the child of a Ukrainian war widow, as well as prayer support for all. For more details about anything, please ask by emailing contactus@cepartners.org.uk
